One House uses account details to sign you in, purchase and payment references to process orders, and messages you submit to provide support. CV Builder also processes the information you enter into your CV and AI requests.

Necessary information is exchanged with the services that handle authentication, catalog, payments, email, support and product fulfillment. Never submit your Mobile Money PIN or a login verification code in a support message.
